At Merstone School, we have a variety of ethos' and initiatives that underpin our daily practice. We have complied a detailed document for staff, family and professional viewing to showcase the variety of support programmes we have in place to support our pupils. These support programmes are both internal and external sources of support and ensure that pupils are proactively supported in their independence and development as they move throughout our school and as they look towards destinations beyond.
