Part-Time Administrator – 18.5 hours per week
(Worked over 4 days, term time only)
Working days: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 9.30am – 2.00pm/
Friday 9.30am – 2.30pm
Salary: £20,444 - £23,484 pro rata for term time part time hours
Actual Salary - £8,744 - £9,848 per annum
Merstone School is an outstanding school (Ofsted 2011, 2014, 2017) for pupils with severe and complex learning disabilities, aged 2 – 19 years.
The Governors are seeking to appoint a friendly, enthusiastic and experienced Administrator with school administration experience to join a team of two other office professionals within a very busy school reception office. You will be an experienced school administrator who will be used to working within the school environment, and able to deal with enquiries on the frontline from the whole school community. You will be used to working with competing priorities and deadlines and be able to demonstrate experience of use of a variety of office systems; this is not an extensive list, but will include use of Oracle, SIMs, Intouch, Parent App and Parentpay. Other responsibilities will include word processing, CTF administration, submission of LA/ Dfe returns and some financial administration to include petty cash and monitoring/ ordering office stationary, amongst other administrative and clerical duties and responsibilities.
